When you submit an inquiry, we receive the name, work email, company or team, team-size range, message, source page, and security-verification data you provide. When you purchase through Paddle, we may receive transaction identifiers, customer identifiers, product, amount, currency, tax, invoice, status, and fulfilment information. Paddle processes payment-card and billing details; PMS Desk does not receive complete card details.
2. How we use information
We use this information to answer inquiries, evaluate product fit, detect abuse, confirm purchases, provide software or deployment instructions, support buyers, maintain transaction records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, and Turnstile verification; Resend for inquiry and order-notification email; and Paddle as Merchant of Record for checkout, payment, tax, receipts, fraud prevention, and buyer support. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy notice.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The public website does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile and Paddle Checkout may use necessary security, fraud-prevention, and functional technologies when their features load or are used.
5. Retention and security
Inquiry and order information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, fulfilment, support, accounting, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
6. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices describe applicable safeguards and processing locations.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact PMS Desk with a request; Paddle should be contacted directly for information it controls as Merchant of Record.
8. Children
The website and product are intended for organizations and working professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the website, product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
